Samaikyandhra agitation continued for 27th day on Tuesday in the city, against the CWC decision for the state bifurcation. As a part of this, the Collectorate employees association and employee JAC on Tuesday, took up a cleanliness programme in the Collectorate premises. The program led by the Collectorate employees association president Mr. K.V.Subbarao. Hundreds of the employees including chambers of the Collectorate, Joint Collector and DRO were participated in this different protest. Private Bus travel agents conducted a huge bus rally in the city. As many as 105 employees of GGH and Rangaraya Medical College observed relay hunger strikes infront of the Collectorate on Tuesday. The DM&HO staff, Education department personnel and Lawyers continued their relay fasts infront their respective offices. The Class IV employees of Judiciary department formed human chain. As many as 300 government doctors and nurses led by the Government Doctors Association President Dr. Raghavendra Rao took out a procession from GGH to the Collectorate in protest against the move to bifurcate the state. Survey employees conducted bike rally. Government vehicles drivers also conducted relay hunger strike in the city. Many other sections from the city conducting protests demanding united state 'Samaikyandhra'.
