Arrangements for services in Collectorate office are being computerized very accurately. For arranging networking lab, Joint collector Mr.K.Sasidhar has pen down few plans. Joint Collector said that programs like Grievance e-solutions, Dial your collector are being organized through phone conference like never before. Person who reports can have a direct conversation with the related officer and get an immediate solution in presence of collector in praja durbar itself. Office management, Management of records, to check they are no objections regarding Audit, to give quick response with the help of news rights law, proper organization in computerization of land records. With the help of all above point’s Collectorate can be recognized by ISO very soon he added. Kakinada revenue divisional office has already recognized by ISO in the whole state. For the first time, biometric procedure will be introduced for recording employee’s attendance. This will be inaugurated by Chief Minister, Mr.K.Rosaiah on 11th of this month. Special software is being introduced for SMS about ration commodities for all the provisional members from the month of May. All the sectors of Collectorate will be computerized for serving people in a better way.
