Inaugurating the 3-day ‘KIET Tech Fest-2010' organised by the Kakinada Institute of Engineering and Technology(KIET) at Rangaraya Medical Collage(RMC) auditorium here on Friday, District Collector Mr. M. Ravi Chandra called upon the students to mould themselves as great human beings. Mr. Ravi Chandra advised students to inculcate the habit of asking questions and not to remain as simple spectators. He said that excellence and leadership qualities would go hand in hand and felt that it was not difficult for a person to obtain leadership qualities who gained excellence.
