Kakinada, Mar 23rd: East Godavari district collector Mr. Gopala Krishna Dwevedi showed discontent over the implementation of Rajiv Arogya Sri program in the district. In this concern a review meeting was organized by him with the health officers at Collectorate Bennet club here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion collector said that the results were not up to the mark even if they are conducting nearly 25 camps every month. The same in the case of NRHM 104 vehicle services, he added. Collector ordered the district coordinator Ajaybabu, to review over the situation with the health officers and take necessary action over the issue.

Collector revealed that they are going to organize an awareness camp on malaria in the district from March 15 to September 30 and asked the concerned staff to work on it. He asked to arrange ambulance services in rural areas with out fail. Collector ordered DMHO Dr. Vijay Kumar to make doctors, nurses and technicians to work on deputation in rural areas for a month. In this occasion, he congratulated the ‘Drusti’ team for successfully conducting eye checkups for the school children in the district. Additional joint collector B. Rama Rao, additional DMHO Pavan Kumar  and others took part in the meeting.
