Cocanada Film Club has been inaugurated here on Wednesday at PR Government College. As the Chief Guest in the inaugural function, Film Federation Society of India Secretary, Mr. Varala Anand stated that students must gain knowledge through films. By screening meaningful movies before students, we can mould them as responsible citizens he added. Mr. Anand presented and explained a power point presentation on the history and progress of 110 yrs of Indian Cinema. College Principal, Mr. M. Satyanarayana said that movies could be utilized as accomplishment of teaching. Certificate course will be introduced to provide movie knowledge by supporting Film Club he added. Mr. Anand Srinivasrao also participated in this program.
