Chief Minister conferenced  on the progress of the district in collectrate during his visit. Media was not permitted for this. Irrigation was the main topic in the discussion. Officers were questioned why progress is not seen in this field, even when funds were allocated by previous government. They answered that, it was delayed due to new design planning. But public proxy's have not agreed with it. They argued that they are not concentrating on the main things. Delay of Yeleru project works was brought to CM notice by MLA's. As contractors are not coming forward, MLA's of that region requested CM that this work should be done in small packages. They discussed on why they have not considered repair of motor pumps in Pushkara Yethipothala Scheme. They were afraid of farmers loosing their field when remaining pumps fail to work. Questioned what to answer when such situation arises. Officer agreed to what MLA's said to bring that conversation to an end.
Later they discussed on why number of ration cards are more than the number of families. CM questioned how can be this possible and ordered to use Aadhar card details to eliminate the extra ration cards. They have also discussed prominent issue on unavailability of Soil. They said soil price has become the fatal issue to start any development works. CM & PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana intended that they would have conducted the auction after deciding the Soil price. They said to the officers to conduct study on this to reduce pressure. Insufficient Warehouses and Railway racks has increased the price of Rice, they said. Civil Supplies Commissioner Haripeerth Singh replied to this saying 8 lakh tonnes capacity gowdowns were sanctioned and 1 lakh tonne capacity godowns are being constructed in the district. Public proxy's requested CM to add those 22,000 mahilas who were selected for Abhaya Hastam in this scheme. CM ordered Collector to manage the irregularities within 15 days span that are being faced in providing pensions. MLA's said 100 crore rupees are required for leveling of lands that are allocated for Indiramma Gruha Kalpa and requested to pressurise for states share in Reliance gas production. Banks are not responding positively in providing zero balance accounts to farmers for getting Input Subsidy, they added. CM replied banks have to stand on the decisions taken by State Bankers Association. Later they discussed on Employment and Village development programmes. MP Pallam Raju, Botsa Satyanarayana, Ratna Bhai, MLC's, MLA's, several department Commissioners, Secretaries, Collector Mrs. Neetu Prasad and several others participated in this programme.
