Hyderabad, Feb 15th: Telangana is on the boil yet again with students and police clashing at the Osmania University campus here, on Monday. The protesters are demanding speedy action of the Telangana committee and the quick formation of the new state. The Center on Friday said that the Telangana Committee would submit its report by December 31, 2010. According to reports, students have set a police outpost on fire and pelted stones at security personnel. A total of 15 MLAs including Congress MLAs have submitted their resignations over the issue. The Andhra Pradesh Assembly speaker has accepted the resignation of 12 MLAs.
