Circar Veteran Tennis competitions were being started here on Monday, at the Rangaraya Medical college sports grounds in Kakinada. According to this, the Anand Group of Industries MD Mr. V.Padmanabha Raju had presided over the program and started these competitions here. Speaking on this, he said 'we can live happily & healthily by playing sports & games regularly as a daily activity'. Later, the chief guest Mr. V.V.S.S.Sharma has appreciated all the veteran players for participating actively in these competitions. Tournament Associate Director Mr. Somayajulu has stated that these competitions would be held upto 22nd of this month. Around 80 members of contestants from Mumbai, Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Visakha, Guntur & East Godavari districts were came to participate in these competitions, that he added. Dr. Seshagiri Rao, Mr. B.Chakradhar Rao and others attended the program.
