Kakinada, Feb 5th: The former minister from Telugu Desam, Mr. Chikkala Ramachandra Rao, criticized that the Center, and the chairperson of United Progressive Alliance, Ms Sonia Gandhi were playing with the lives of people of the state by making repeated statements and constituting committees on bifurcation of state. Several innocent activists lost their lives in various movements for separate Telangana and Samaikya Andhra during the last two months, but the Center and State governments led by the Congress had not given a clear picture on the issue of bifurcation of the state till now.
Speaking to reporters here on Friday, Mr. Rao said that several Congress men criticized the Telugu Desam state president, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu for his silence on the bifurcation of the state. Moreover the most important point to be noted here is that it completely failed in controlling the law and order problems in the state, he added. The Kakinada former MLA, Mr. Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao was present.
