Chief Minister K Rosaiah has wind up his visit of East Godavari district with a couple of programs in Kakinada and rituals in the famous Panchamukha Anjaneya Swamy temple at Samalkot on Monday. Earlier, Mr. Rosaiah was received at the Government Junior College at Samalkot by Ministers Botcha Satyanarayana, Subhaschandra Bose, Viswaroop, District Congress Committee president Ch Venugopala Krishna and other dignitaries. He was accompanied by Ministers Botcha Satyanarayana, Pilli Subhaschandra Bose and Pinipe Viswaroop, APIIC Chairman S.Siva Rama Subramanyam, Kakinada Mayor K.Saroja, MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhara Reddy and other representatives and district officials. After performing rituals at the temple, Mr. Rosaiah took the blessings of Vedic scholar Chandrabhatla Ganapati Sastry.

The Chief Minister then proceeded to Kakinada where he first inaugurated Ambedkar Bhavan that was renovated at a cost of Rs.1.26 Cr and disclosed a bronze statue of Dr. B.R Ambedkar on its premises. He inaugurated Aryapuram Cooperative Urban Bank branch on the Main Road before returning to the State Capital. Mr. Rosaiah felicitated Collector Gopalakrishna Dwivedi and Joint Collector K Sasidhar for their efforts in renovation of Ambedkar Bhavan.. MLCs Gidugu Rudraraju, KVV Satyanarayana Raju, MLAs P.Satish Kumar and P.Gandhi Mohan, Joint Collector K.Sasidhar, Eluru Range DIG Mahesh M.Bhagawat, SP Y.Nagi Reddy and others were present.
