Union District Convener, G.Baby Rani called upon the workers of Mid-day Meal Scheme to participate in ‘Chalo Hyderabad’ and make it grand success. Chalo Hyderabad will be conducted from 17th of this month. Demanding for the clearance of all pending bills from past three months and pending wages of workers in Mid-day meal scheme from past eight months. She also requested that preparation of Mid-day meal must not be handover to private companies. Budget must be increased based on the increase in prices, she added. She also requested to provide Cooking gas facility. Separate uniform like cotton sarees must be given to the cooks and identity cards must also be given, she added.
