Kakinada, Mar 1st: The Chaitanya Educational Institutions are organizing their silver jubilee celebrations `Chaitanyam 2010’ at Chaitanya Institute of Science and Technology at Madhavapatnam here on March 6, 7 and 8. Chaitanya institutions chairman and MLC KVV Satyanarayana Raju, said that the Chaitanya institutions emerged in the year 1985 with an aim to provide quality education to the children. Mr. Raju said nearly 1.55 lakh students passed out from different courses since the establishment of the institutions.
In this concern ‘Chaitanyam 2010’poster was released at a meeting organized at Chaitanya PG College here on Monday. Addressing media persons here on the occasion, Mr. Raju said competitions in various sports would be held for students from the group colleges. `GaLaTa’ consisting of sol and group dances and singing, a fine arts contest, skits and ad making, mimicry, fashion show, rock band and `Aata’ comprising cricket, volleyball, tennis and shuttle, handball and chess tournaments are the main events in the program. Celebrities and cricket stars are invited to grace the events, he added.
