Special Officer of Corporation and Joint Collector, Mr. K Sasidhar inaugurated the Call Center at Kakinada Municipal Corporation Office for solving any issues faced by Kakinada citizens. Participating in the inaugural function, Mr. K.Sasidhar here on Friday said that this call center would be available as helpline from morning 6am to night 10pm. Problems like water scarcity, sanitation and streetlights can be complained at the call center. Within 24hrs, the problem will be fixed based on the priority of the trouble faced he added. Software for sending an SMS to the person who complained and web page are on process he added. Kakinada citizens can contact the Call center on the phone number 0884-2357722 he added. Municipal Commissioner Mr. GSN Murthy, SE Jayakar, EE Satyakumari, Health Officer Dr. Ratna Uma, Manager Prasad Rao participated in this program.
