The Finishing School Project, which is running under JNTU Kakinada received appreciation from Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy. District Collector Mr. M.Ravi Chandra and Vice Chancellor of JNTU-K Prof. Allam Apparao formulated this project, which is useful to SC/ST/BC/Minorities studying B.Tech /MCA from East Godavari District. This project enabled nearly 98 students placed in software companies by providing excellent training. On this occasion, Chief Minister will present Appreciation letters to Registrar Mr. V.Ravindra, Placement Officer Mr. Padma Raju, and Finishing School Coordinator Mr. KVSG Murali Krishna. DRDA had sustained total expenditure for accommodation facility during 45 days training period. Second batch with total 150 students will start from 1st of February. DRDA Officer Mr. Sampath stated that SC, ST, BC candidates will be given highest priority in this project.
