District Committee of Andhra Pradesh Building & other Construction Workers Union asked Government to provide Identity cards for building workers who enrolled their name in the union, all over the District. According to this, Committee conducted a meeting in the presence of CITU here on Monday at Kacheripeta, Kakinada. Andhra Pradesh Building & other Construction Workers Union District president, Mr. Karanam Viswanadham presided over the meeting. Speaking on this, District Union Honorable President, Mr. Duvva Seshubabu said that the workers enrolled for 2009-10 years were still not having their identity cards. Therefore, he demanded Government to provide identity cards immediately for all the building workers. Later, all the union leaders said that if Government will not take an action on this then they would take further steps. District Union President, Secretary and other union leaders attended the meeting.
