BSNL now provides WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICES to its customers
- Announces establishmnet of a call center to solve broadband problems its customers face.

V L Puram Sep 30: Telecom district general manager Mr. G. Raghavendra Rao says "BSNL is all set now to provide Wireless Internet Services to its customers at the lowest monthly costs" on Tuesday at a jornalist meeting conducted  in Nannayya Sanchar Bhavan, Rajhmundry.

He cordially says "BSNL proudly celebrates its 9th Anniversary function. As a part of the celebration, many social seva programs are being conducted in Rajhamundry. To add color to the special day, cultural programs are also arranged at Sri  Venkateswara Aanam Kala Kendhram on Wednesday evening". He adds "BSNL is now focusing on expanding its broadband and land line services and as a first step we planned to start another 16 new towers across the two major hubs in the district, Rajhamundry and Kakinada. On the other side, a call center is being incorporated to fix the broadband issues faced by its customers." He announces that its broadband customers can call to 12678 number for immediate solutions to their problems. As a part of expanding Landline services, BSNL introduces prepaid CDMA WIL phones. Cutomers can use it by the recharge coupons. From now, BSNL bills can be paid at the e-seva centers. DGM Mr. Manoj Kumar , ITS and others participated in the meeting.
