In the cricket championship competitions conducted in joint association with Brows Organization and Ideal Degree College, JNTU-K team won the cup. Final match was held between JNTU-K and Ideal College teams here on Tuesday. During the first batting, Ideal college team scored 113 runs in 20 overs. Later during the second batting, JNTU-K team scored 114 runs in 19.2 overs with a loss of eight wickets. Ideal College Correspondent Smt. P.Chiranjeevini Kumari, District Sports Officer SV Ramana, Brows Representative KV Sridhar, Madhava Rao presented prizes to the winners of this tournament. Best batsman was Pavan (JNTU-K), best fielder was S.Kranthi Kumar (JNTU), Best keeper was Siva Ram (IIT) and Man of the series was given to T.Yogananda Murthy (Ideal College). Principal DV Ramarao, Physical Director Syam Kumar, Tatabbai, Varma, Sparjan Raju, Bhushanam, Kasiya, Brows Members Siva Rama Krishna, Ranga Babu, Vishnu Varma and students were present.
