The nationwide Bharat Bandh to protest against the recent hike in the petroleum products by the UPA government is supported by most of the opposition parties. Respective party members from various political parties are participating in Bharath Bandh today. Praja Rajyam party is also participating in this strike. This strike is to mainly signify the burden on normal citizen due to hike in petroleum prices. Speaking on this, TDP District President China Rajappa said to news today that they will not create any trouble to normal people like Rastha Rokho programs. There will be no interruption in Emergency medical services and 108 Services he added. Schools, Banks, Government Offices will be closed. opposition parties announced that RTC services will be canceled due to Bandh. But higher officials of RTC said based on situation buses will run and with the cooperation from police department RTC services will be available they added. Anyhow TDP,PRP and other opposition parties members demanded that journeys on Monday must be postponed in any situation.
