Jnanpith awardee Shri Ravuri Bharadhwaja's memorial Library was inaugurated here on Tuesday, at Mc Laurin High School in Kakinada. The library was established with Rs.50,000/- fund donated by the school old student Mr. Surya Narayana. According to this, the National Jnanpith Award Committee Convenor S.Sesha Ratnam has presided over the program as a chief guest and inaugurated the library here. RDO and School Special Officer Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru has also presided over this inauguration program. The program was held under the chairmanship of the School Head Master Mr. D.Sudhakar. Speaking on this, S.Sesha Ratnam has called the services & achievements of Ravuri. She remembered that, Shri Ravuri has visited this school before receiving the Jnanpith award and donated Rs.25000/- to the school. Dy DEO Mangatayaru, Mr. Badam Madhava Rao, Mr. Madhav, Mr. Kasi Visweswara Rao and others participated in the program.
