The 17th Ugadi best writing competitions will be conducted in association with Vanguri Foundation of America. President of Youngsmen Happy Club, Mr. Dantu Suryarao here on Sunday called upon worldwide Telugu writers to send their scripts. Speaking on this, he stated that Nandana Naama Ugadi Competitions would be held on 10th, 11th of March 2011 at Texas, America. In these competitions, three awards, each for best story and best poetry will be awarded. Cash prize of 116 Dollars will be given to each best award. Poetry and stories, which were not published, can also be sent for these competitions. Two different awards will be given under “my new poetry” and “my new story” category. Selected candidates list will be declared before 5th February. Visa and transport charges are writer’s own dependability, he added. Scripts and poetries must be sent in Gowtami font PDF file to vangurifoundation@gmail.com or to the address Vanguri Foundation of America, Post box No: 1948, Stafford, Texas, 77479 before 15th January.
