Backward Castes Employees Welfare Association State Secretary, Mr. Samsaani Srinivasa Rao and District Main Secretary Mr. Mattaparthi Surya Chandrarao submitted an appeal letter to Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh here on Tuesday. After submitting the letter, they had spoken to media persons through telephone. They said that, they requested Prime Minister to provide 50% reservations and special ministry division to the backward castes.
