Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev is going to visit Kakinada here on Friday for a free yoga camp conducted by Bharat Swabhiman Trust (Patanjali Yoga Samiti) East Godavari Unit. This free yoga camp will start on 12th of March in the morning from 4:45am to 7:30am at JNTU Stadium. According to this, District Bharat Swabhiman Trust President, Mr. Vedula Achyut Rao released a press note; Swamiji Yoga Guru, Baba Ramdev will teach a set of eight Pranayam asanas in a special sequence. Pranayam is a method of controlling and regularising respiration. He stated that, total number of 60 to 70 thousand people from the district are going to attend for this free camp. After conducting an early morning free yoga camp on Saturday, Baba will address a conference with the trust members from 11am to 12.30pm and thereafter will visit to Rajahmundry city, he added.
