District Collector Mr.M.Ravi Chandra said that the District Administration was planning to conduct an Awareness Campaign on Sanitation from the 30th of August to the 15th of September. Interacting with the public as part of the weekly Grievance Cell Program, District Collector Mr. M. Ravi Chandra advised people to be extra cautious in the stir of continuous downpour. Mr.Ravi Chandra here on Monday cautioned the public against crossing septic tanks and streams, as all the water bodies were overflowing with rainwater. He asked the officials of Agency Areas to take necessary steps to prevent unpleasant incidents. The Collector answered 22 telephone calls as part of the ‘Dial your Collector' program and asked the officials concerned to submit the action taken report to him on or before Friday. As many as 350 people submitted memoranda to the Collector during the Grievance Cell Program. Joint Collector Mr. K.Sasidhar, Additional Joint Collector Mr. B.Rama Rao and others were present.
