Narsapuram, Nov 21st: District Sub-Collector has suspended the Backward Class Welfare hostel warden for misbehaving towards the girl student with the complaint given by the leaders of the Students Federation of India.
According to the sources the girl student was living in the hostel at Rustumbada village in Narsapuram mandal in West Godavari district. The warden of the hostel has called up the girl to his room late in the evening and attempted to molest her. The girl escaped and informed regarding the incident to the higher authorities for which they took no action.
With the support of local leader, the parents and the co students staged Dharna and blocked the roads demanding to take action against the warden. With the news Narsapuram Sub-collector Mr. Ronald Rose arrived the place and announced the suspension of the warden.
