Hyderabad, Nov 21st: Some unidentified persons attacked on TV artist Prabhakar on Friday. The incident took place at his residence in Bhavani Sakthi apartments in Hyderabad. Police arrested on of the attackers on Friday evening.
The news article “Ramoji Ramayanam” published in Sakhi was the main reason for this attack. In this Ramoji Rao’s son Suman gave interview, in which Prabhakar also participated. This article created sensation due to which some of the supporters of Ramoji Rao attacked on Prabhakar.
Prabhakar speaking to the media said that he got many warning calls of killing him from some unidentified persons with the news published in Sakhi paper. He said that both son and father have disputes regarding the business from last 10 years and he is no way related to them. “Suman helped me in many situations and I will stand beside him in need”, he added.
Prabhakar said that, “The main reason for the interview is just an answer to the viewers of ETV regarding the stoppage of serials and mainly in Sakhi is due to its largest circulation. The paper has published every thing with out any changes and corrections”.
