Rajahmundry, Nov 3rd: Railway divisional manager Mr. Johri inspected Rajahmundry railway station here on Monday. DRM visited the railway station to examine the facilities as the railway GM is going to visit the station on 2nd week of November. He assured for the improvement of the amenities in the railway station.
DRM inspected several offices in the station including the railway hospital. Later he examined the engineering department, senior section engineer office, RPF office. He ordered the sanitary department to maintain hygienic conditons in the station premises.
Johri also inspected the rest rooms of the passengers and asked the officials to maintain neatness. He also cross checked the records and ordered the officials to main all the records perfectly and said, if any officer fails to do so they will be given transfer orders.
He inspected the east ticket booking counter which was under construction and said that it would be opened soon. He assured for the modernization of the buildings which were in dilapidated condition.
