On the second day of 'Telugu Literature & Cultural Celebrations', Ashtavadhanam program was conducted at District Educational Office (DEO) in Kakinada here on Sunday. Firstly, Additional Joint Collector (AJC), Mr. B. Ramarao has started these celebrations by lighting the lamp (Jyothiprajwalana). Speaking on this, he stated that these celebrations are being conducting to explore the importance of Telugu language to the district people. He said, these celebrations will be conducted upto 23rd of the December. Mr. Cherukuri Venkata Narayana Sarma, Mr. Kondepudi Tatabbai, Mr. Kakaparthi Durga Prasad, Mr. Koruprolu Gowri Naidu, Mr. Angara Gopala Krishna Murthy, Mr. Balantrapu Satyanarayana Murthy, Mr. Kandukuri Bapiraju and Mr. Avadhanula Manibabu were performed in this Ashtavadhanam. A huge number of public have attended to the program. DEO Mr. Srinivasula Reddy, RDO Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru, Deputy Collector Mr. Babu, Dr. Aaluri Vijayalakshmi, Padmaja Vani, R.W.S SE Mr. Nanda Rao and others attended to the program.
