Indrapalem Police Station Head Constable was arrested by that station SI Mr. Murali Krishna. This matter came into lime light very late even when this was happened on 19th of this month. A case was filed on a Aanganwadi worker by her daughter-in-law and as she belongs to 3 town police station this case was filed at that station. At that time Mr. Venkateswara Rao was the head constable of that station and promised her to bring out of that case. He use to frequently visit her house saying that he wants to interrogate on the case. Later he use to insist her to come out with him. Recently he was transferred to Indrapalem station. As harasement has become more the Aanganwadi women complained to DSP on him. As per DSP orders he was arrested and suspension orders were passed.
