District Revenue Officer (DRO), Mr. S. Venkata Rao on Thursday reviewed the arrangements made for conducting Group-IV Examination that would be held this Sunday. Review meeting was arranged with Superintendents, Additional Coordinating Officers, Liaison Officers at Bennet Club, Collectorate. Speaking on this, Mr. Venkata Rao said that 235 centers have been arranged across the district for conducting this examination. 87 centers in Rajahmundry division, 48 centers in Amalapuram division, 72 centers in Kakinada division and 28 centers in Peddapuram division were arranged he added. RDO’s of the respective divisions will function as Additional Coordinators. Tahalsildars and Deputy Tahasildars were appointed as Liaison officers under the supervision of Additional Coordinators. Examination will be conducted from morning 10am to 12:30pm and again from afternoon 2pm to 4:30pm he added. Nearly 72,700 candidates are expected to attend the examination. Section-144 will be implemented at the examination centers he added. RDO’s GC Kishore Kumar, Challa Vinaya Mohan, APPSC Officer Nageswarao and Chief Superintendents participated.
