At the shores of Kakinada beach, a new and beautiful Sculpture Park is going to be established. The sculptures that are going to be exhibited in this project are being made with a fund of rupees one crore, using materials like sand stone, iron and cement. Both modern and cultural sculptures are being made to exhibit here. Artists from all the four corners of the state are working for this project since last four days at  Maclauran High School, Kakinada. Experts of Sri Venkateswara Sampradaaya Vastu Silpi Sangam are designing these sculptures. Twenty five artists of this sangam came here from Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Kurnool. They are going to work on this project till 25th of October. On 9th of October Chairman of Silparamam in Hyderabad is going to visit this place. They are going to make these sculptures ready, by the time of beach festival that is going to be celebrated from 30th of November to 2nd of December. Presently this work is being done under the control of local tourism department and supervised by Mr. Kantha Reddy and Mr. Siva Ramacharyulu of Silparamam. Presently they are designing carriers of Lord Hanuman and Garuthmanthudu with cement and sculptures like Lord Venkateswara Swami, Ardhanarishvaram, Hanuman,  Vinayaka and others with sand stone.
