District Medical & Health department is getting ready for Pulse Polio Programme - 2013, which will be conducted on January 20th & February 24th dates respectively in the district. According to the sources, ours is a safe district, which is not much effecting from polio disease while compared to the other districts. Around 4,050 members of ASHA workers will participate in this program as Volunteers. District Immunization Officer Dr. Murali Krishna will observe the program.
