APNGO's association and Rashtra Parirakshana Vedika were jointly called for one-day state bandh on 3rd of January ie., Today against the state bifurcation. Samaikyandhra supporting leaders from Congress, Telugu Desam and YSR Congress party were gave a parallel call for a shutdown on the same day and announced a series of protest programmes against the division of the state. The bandh call of all the organisations coincides with the resumption of the Assembly session to take up a debate on AP Reorganisation Bill from Today. According to this, The APNGO's District committee executive meeting was conducted, here on Thursday at APNGO bhavan in Kakinada. Speaking on this, the association District President Mr. Buriga Asirvadam has called the leaders & members of the association to make the bandh successful in the district.
