Kakinada, Mar 1st: Aditya Public School, Srinagar has celebrated its 24th anniversary on Sunday. The celebrations took place in a grand way at school premises. Zilla Parishat Chairman Venugopala Krishna attended as the chief guest for the program. He did jyothiprajwalana and initiated the program.
On this occasion various cultural programs were organized by the school management. Students have actively participated in the programs and attracted the audience with their performances for nearly 4 hours. The cultural and western dances by few of the students attracted the audience to a greater level. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Venugopala Krishna said that it is the duty of both the parents and the teachers to develop students as good citizens. District SP Y. Nagi Reddy also presided over the meeting.
Later prizes were distributed to the winners under various categories. Aditya Educational Society chairman N. Shesha Reddy, Satish Reddy, Dr. S. Chandra Shekar, Lakshmi Rajyam, M. Sujatha, parents and students attended the program.
