American Consulate General Office Vice Council, Mr. Mathew B.Stanard stated that America is the best place for Indian Students to pursue higher education. In association with US India Education Foundation, a workshop on Technical Educational Opportunities in America was conducted at Alumni Auditorium here on Tuesday. JNTU-K Principal Mr. Uday Bhaskar presided over this workshop. Speaking as Chief Guest, Mr. B.Stanard said that there are total 4000 colleges in 1700 Universities. Presently more than 1 Lakh Indian Students are pursuing their education in those universities, he added. He also stated that there is a lot of scope for job opportunities and American Government is taking care of Visa facility. Foundation Country Coordinator Renuka Raja Rao stated that this Foundation has been founded 60 years back and it has been working hard for Development of Indo-America Technical Education. Indian Students are preparing excellent projects in various fields in America, she reminded. Foundation provides candidates to complete their higher education in US. Principal Dr. Uday Bhaskar stated that right now there are many opportunities Globally.
