All the arrangements have been made for Ganesh Idol's Immersion, Today in the district. The last day program of 'Ganesh Navarathri Mahotsavalu' celebrations is going to be organized in a safe way by the district authorities. Colourfull Ganesh Idols were carried for immersion on Vinayaka Sagar at Upputeru (salt lake) in Jagannaickpur, Kakinada. District Administration and Police department officials makes safety arrangements for this immersion program. Kakinada City CI Mr. Deva Kumar, One-town, Two-town & Port SI's, Transco, Fisheries, R&B, Sea Port and Fire department officials visited the place and observed those arrangements. Huge Floodlights, Cranes and other heavy vehicles have been arranged for the immersion. Swimmers also got ready for the immersion program. Huge number of police personnel will participate to control the traffic to make the program successful without any issue in the district. According to this, District Ganesh Utsav Committee members met District Collector Neethu Kumari Prasad and discussed about the immersion program. 'Annadhanam' program will be conducted today at various places in the district as a part of the last day celebrations.
