Students of Aditya Engineering College, Surampalem exploited several experiments. They designed and developed an eco - friendly electric scooter. Explaining about the process behind it, they said that a chemical reaction from two 12-volt lead acid batteries will generate power. When it is connected to a motor it creates torque. This torque makes the scooter move. Aditya students have also made wireless power transfer which is possible up-to a distance of one meter. Explaining the process, they said that power will be transferred from primary coil to the secondary coil through induction and this is possible due to a process called resonance. Power will be then transmitted into the air. In this method, a tube light can be made to glow within a distance of a meter which is explained as wireless power transfer.
