Kakinada, April 30th: A woman along with her two children ended her life by committing suicide. The incident took place at Chandramampalli in Peddapuram mandal of East Godavari district on Thursday. According to the sources, Padma (35) is a wife of a gold smith Ravi where the couple was blessed with two children Sudha (14) and Prakash (12).
Padma resorted to the extreme step following a clash with her husband over financial matter. She gave cyanide to her children and later consumed it. All the three died at the spot. Ravi was not at the home during the time of incident and rushed back to home on hearing the news. He was shocked at seeing the wife and children in such an unbearable condition. Police shifted the deceased to government hospital for post mortem. They filed the case for further investigation.
