Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, in association with the local chapter of the Institution of Engineers and the Retired Irrigation Engineers Association on Friday celebrated the birth anniversary. Speaking on this, JNTU-K Vice Chancellor Prof.Allam Apparao said that Telangana Parliament Members will be invited to participate in the Seminar on Polavaram. He also that "Dr KL Rao presumed about irrigation and agriculture before itself. He also warned long back about food crisis in future . Suggestions and instructions by experts are welcomed in the seminar". Services of the late Rao were recalled by Engineers Association President Dr.B.Prabhakar Rao, Retired Engineers Association President Ramalingeswarao, Secretary Ramarao, Kondala Rao and Dr.Uday Bhaskar.
