The 9th Mini Olympiad Competitions were started here on Saturday at District Sports Grounds in Kakinada. According to this, Ex ZP Chairperson Mr. Chellaboina Venugopala Krishna has started these competitions here. Speaking on this, he stated that these type of competitions will develop the interest on sports & games for students. Olympic Association District President Mr. Y.D.Ramarao has stated that these competitions were conducting on remembrance of Late Sri. Bobbili Chellarao. Later, Sports persons Mr. Y.Tatabbai, Mr. Narasimha Murthy and, Mr. Y.Bangarraju were felicitated here. Hockey, Ball badminton, etc., sports competitions were conducted here. P.Chiranjeevini Kumari, State Olympic Association Treasurer Mr. Harinath, Secretary Mr. Padmanabham, Navabharat Officer Mr. Raghavayya, Hockey Association Secretary Mr. V.Ravi Raju and others participated in these competitions.
