The police control room in the city has been activated with sanctioning of forces and vehicles. As many as seven patrolling vehicles have been allotted to the control room in addition to the allotment of Blue Colts, which was inaugurated by Superintendent of Police, Mr. G. Srinivas. SP said this to news line at a press conference here on Thursday. These vehicles have been assigned to I-Town, II-Town, III-Town, port station and rural areas including Sarpavaram, Indrapalem, Timmapuram Police Station. Mr. Srinivas said one patrolling vehicle each was allotted to all the seven police stations in the city, which would be on the move in the city round the clock.
