Kakinada, Jan 6th: The 6th annual sports meet of Nalanda Vidya Nikethan were grandly organized at Nalanda Vidya Nikethan campus, Ramanayyapeta, Kakinada. The program was organized on Tuesday. The sports meet was grandly inaugurated by Indian coast guard, S.K Nath. He hosted the Nalanda Flag and initiated the meet.
Presiding over the meeting Mr. Nath has appreciated the school management for organizing such events for the students and helping them to inculcate good way of life. He asked the students to be more sportive and accept the success and failure in the same manner. He remembered them that the failures are the stepping stones of success.
D.S.D.O in charge P. Venugopal is one of the chief guests of the occasion. Speaking on the occasion he said that, organizing of such programs not only makes the students physically fit but also helps them to become mentally strong. Later prizes were distributed to the winners under various sport events. Principal M Sireesha, School staff and students participated in the meet.
