Kakinada 3rd Additional JFC Judge Smt. V.Sarada Devi gave judgment of 6 months imprisonment and Rs.2.5 Lakhs compensation on cheating case using fake cheque. According to the news, in the year 2008, KVVSN Kumar of Gurajanapalli Villlage from Karapa Mandal purchased huge amount of Seed from Haripriya Seed agency in Jagannacikpur, Kakinada. On this, he provided a cheque of Rs.2.50 Lakh. As the cheque was later bounced, shop owner Mr. Satyanarayana Raju filed a case against him. As his crime has been proved, Judge announced the punishment here on Friday.
