6 Months Imprisonment-Cheating Case

A woman in a cheated case was verdict to six months in prison and imposed a fine of Rs.500/- in the case of cheating few people in the name of Reliance Job Mela. According to Two-Town SI, Mr. Mahendra, Pallamki Nagamani from Sivalayam Street, Ramaraopeta in the year 2009, cheated few of the residents that they will provide job in Reliance Company and collected nearly One Lakh in the name of registration. Later, they noticed that she was cheating and complained to Two Town Police. According to the judgment given by the court, Nagamani’s crime was proved. Kakinada 5th Additional JFC Magistrate Mr. N.Srinivas Rao gave verdict to six months in prison and imposed a fine for Rs.500/-.
