Andhra Pradesh Schedule Castes Welfare Association observed the 55th death anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr B R Ambedkar here on Tuesday at Indrapalem center in Kakinada.  It was organized under the auspices of the District Administration, ZP, Social Welfare department, District Dalit organizations, Police department and as well as voluntary organizations. According to this, District Collector Mr. Ravi Chandra presided over the program as a chief guest. Firstly, he offered garlands to the statue of Dr. Ambedkar at Indrapalem center. Later, speaking on this, he stated that the architect of Indian Constitution, will always remain in the memory of every Indian and his ideas inspires every human being in the world. He announced that the ‘Indrapalem center’ is officially renamed as ‘Ambedkar statue center’. SP Dr. Trivikrama Varma, Municipal Commissioner Mr. V.Ravikumar, ME Satya kumari, Special branch C.I Mr. Ravi kanth, Town C.I Mr. Devakumar, One town Traffic C.I Mr. Eswarudu and others participated in the program.
