Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad has setup an online grievance cell in a view to reply for each and every complaint received. Yesterday Dwama Office in Collectorate was filled with complainers as district level Grievance cell was organised. Joint Collector Babu has inspected the complaint letters related to Land Disputes. Other complaints were taken care of by Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad and AJC B. Rama Rao. All the requests of complainers from 25 special online branches were registered and were provided with receipt. They followed queue system as there were more number of people, as they was no shelter from them in sun, Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad has arranged tents and chairs. They received nearly 500 complaints, 90 of them belonged to Housing Development, 50 belonged to Revenue Department and 60 of them were related to BC Corporation loans. Collector said that after registering all the complaints received we can clearly know the pending and processed list of complaints. She ordered to solve complaints within the given time period inorder to make people comfortable. Every applicant should be provided with the status of their request.
