Court gave judgment of 4 years jail and Rs.1000/- penalty for a accused in eve teasing case here on Monday. According to prosecution, Pemmadi Manoj from Kakinada used to tease a school going girl. Therefore, girl's mother complained against him on eve teasing case at I-Town Police Station. According to the statement given by girl, Manoj always harassed her to love and teased her on the way to school regularly during 2006 year. As his crime has been proved, Principal Sub Judge Mr. V.Srinivas gave judgment here on Monday. In this case, APP M. Durga Prasad had coordinated in prosecution and SI Lakshman Reddy provided proofs.
