Deputy Transport Commissioner of the District, Mr. G. Krishnayya has announced that the 3-tier city System will be launched in our District Transport Department. According to this, he had conducted a meet with media persons here on Monday. He said that this system will be applicable from Tuesday onwards, as the DTO having 2-tier city system presently, he added. He said, till now only vehicles information was available in the office, but now onwards central services are also affiliated to the office according to this system. He stated 'It was happy to announce that our East Godavari district is became one of the 14 districts, which are having online services for transport department in the state'. This online system will helps the Commissioner to view the details of newly registered & newly licensed candidates directly for every minute, he added. People can apply/ renuval license and also can pay tax directly from their home itself by using their debit, credit cards through this online system, he stated. Issues can be solved through Grievance by this online system directly, he noticed. Engineers Mr. S. Madhusudhan (Hyderabad), Consultant Mr. G. Veerraju, CMS Computer Project Manager Mr. Sarat Babu and others participated in the program.
