Three special Aadhar Card Centers have been arranged in Kakinada for the left over citizens who did not enroll until now. Urban Tahasildar P.Rama Murthy said this to news line here on Thursday. These special centers will be continued until 25th of this month. The special Aadhar card centers are CBM School, Jagannaickpur, Salipeta Municipal High School, Santhinagar Ramakrishna Public School.
