Kakinada, Jan 9th: Masters Athletic Association, East Godavari District has organized 29th AP Master’s Athletic Championship in the district at sports authority grounds, Kakinada on 9th January.
The program is scheduled from 9th to 11th January, 2009. The program was organized under the chairmanship of Masters Athletic Association President, Chundru Govidaraju. MLA Chitturi Ravindrababu and young entrepreneur Chalamalasetti Sunil has inaugurated the program. 800 athletics from 18 districts all over the state has participated in the championship. Men and women between the age groups 35 to 95 have actively participated. Later chief guest presided over the meeting organized in this connection and distributed prizes to the winners participated under different events.
