A 23-year-old woman Renukha who belongs to Kakinada died in a cooking gas cylinder explosion incident occurred on the 25th of October in a ladies hostel located at Gachibowli in Hyderabad. The incident occurred at around 8 am in the morning when an empty gas cylinder was being replaced even as another gas-stove burner was on, they said. “It seems that gas leaked from the regulator of the empty cylinder and there was a sudden explosion in the kitchen located on the first floor of the four-storey building,” they added. Watchman & Renukha both died in this incident and remaining are injured. Renukha worked as a Software Engineer in Pune, two days before she shifted to Hyderabad. Her parents were depressed a lot about this incident.
